Renewals Sales Quoting Representative

Nutanix (NTNX) is looking for a dynamic Renewal Quoting Representative who will be responsible for driving account renewals in advance of their contract end date and executing all renewal back-end work in a timely manner for all accounts. As a member of the Renewals team, you’ll provide accurate and timely renewal quotes to our customers and partners which is critical in sustaining our renewals revenue stream. Success in this role requires a high level of organization and partnership with cross-functional teams such as Subscription Account Managers, Account Executives, Systems Engineers, and others to help identify challenges in successful renewals.
Renewals at Nutanix
The RQE renewals team is part of a broader ecosystem of functions focused on ensuring Nutanix has a smooth recurring revenue engine. We are looked upon as the subject expert on Nutanix licensing and our knowledge of our customer history. Working closely with the account teams, partners and end-users, we ensure accurate and timely quotes are provided.
Your Role
- Maintain knowledge of all the configurations of Nutanix products to understand the assets that the customer owns and how they differ from a solution and pricing perspective
- Maintain a high-volume of accurate quotes creation and quotes modifications daily (not limited to Japan) based on incoming requests across APAC from the Subscription Account Managers, Account Executives and Nutanix Channel Partners.
- Generate a forward-looking pipeline of renewal opportunities and quotes 9-months in advance for the Subscription Account Managers to action
- Support Revenue Operations by analyzing data to ensure account assets and quotes are accurate, and all systems are updated
- Be the subject matter expert on the components of a renewal quote and join customer calls as needed with Subscription Account Managers, System Engineers, or Account Executives to explain quote make-up
- Assist the Subscription Account Management team to attain a minimum of 100% Renewal quota attainment
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of Sales Operations work supporting Sales or Renewal Sales with Quoting experience
- Experience in high-tech quota-carrying sales will prepare you for our environment
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Economics or Mathematics
- English language fluency and Japanese additional native language is a must
- Experienced in using Salesforce, Knowledge in Microsoft applications is a must
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capability of interacting with all levels of an organization
- Understanding of maintenance renewal sales cycle activities from qualification to the closing
- High level of accountability, energetic and driven individual with problem-solving ability to offer solutions
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage complex renewal quotes calculations
- Knowledge of Datacenter technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud, and networking preferred
